Invitation for Bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Backhoe Loader

1. Office of Dhulikhel Municipality, Dhulikhel, kavrepalanchok invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following items under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures.

1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Dhulikhel Municipality, Dhulikhel, kabhrepalanchok, Tel No.011-490724, and Email: Planning .dhulikhel@gmail.com  within office hours.                   

2. A complete set (two copies) of Bidding documents in English may be purchased on or before 30th days from the first date of publication from the office of Dhulikhel Municipality, Dhulikhel, Kabhrepalanchok by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application accompanied by a letter of Authority from the Principal/ Manufacturer to the address above and upon a payment of above quoted (nonrefundable) fee within the office hours.

3. Sealed Bids must be submitted to office of Dhulikhel Municipality, Dhulikhel, Kabhrepalanchok  on or before 12:00 hours noon on 31 days from first publication date.  Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of bid submission. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of amount mentioned above, valid 30 days beyond Bid validity date. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the package.

4. Bank Guarantee issued by any finance company in any form will not be accepted.

5. Bids received after the deadline of the submission will be rejected. Bids received by the above mentioned deadline shall be opened physically in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address above at 13:00 Hours on 31 days from the first date of publication.

6. If the last day for purchasing and submission falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

7. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document.  Non compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.

8. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
